Seriously, when someone is on every week for like 3/4 months I think that he is automatically made Co-host. Its like signing up for a free membership trial and then forgetting to turn it off.

But, if you are the Guest, you don't have any obligation like you do as a Co-Host... and none of the responsibility. If you can swing it, Guest is a sweet place to be!

Podcasting gold as far as I was concerned. I couldn't let it go off as a one off, one time use thing. You guys blew me away with it and I felt I HAD to preserve it, and adopt it.
Plus, I think it really shows what the X-Wing Podcast Alliance was all about, we all respect and appreciate each other's work.
I will have to listen, its been that long that I forgot what we talked about!

Was the request for a good list that includes a G1A a trick. Is there such a thing? Joking aside, that ship is just okay. The problem is there are too many better options for scum right now.

Thanks for another show guys and not pummeling the dead horse even further. Looking forward to more modification segments in the future. I'm in the middle of a ghost mod myself and it's my first major undertaking.
I've got a detachable shuttle, a magnetized plasticard lower half of the shuttle that the detached part attaches to. I also rebuilt the docking nest with plasticard, and magnetized the base and tripod for stability. I'm having a friend help me with the LEDs (apparently if you just wire LEDs directly to a battery they burn out instantly, oops). So yes, I'll take all the help I can get!

I'd like to thank Paul for both mentioning the blocking weakness of the Inquisitor and discussing how the Inquisitor is a great blocker if he has to move first. I feel like I hear all the time about how good multi-action aces are, and there almost always seems to be the assumptions that 1.) You get your actions, and 2.) Those actions happen after the opponent's stuff moves. I think it's important to discuss how ships work when the ideal situations aren't in play.

Honestly if it literally becomes a binary point system then MOV will be extremely necessary for tie breakers. I am not exactly sure getting rid of modified wins would be better. Barley winning is not the same as a decisive win.
Edited by MarinealverI could see a system where the draw and modified win have been removed, and it is strictly win-loss with MoV being the tie breaker. Maybe they keep SoS (Strength of Schedule) around for a third tie-breaker if needed.
We shall see. I mean it when I say I have faith that they will do the right thing and right the ship. In the end, FFG doesn't want to produce a crappy product or have a system where the community isn't happy with how big tournaments are run.
Is there a place you are looking for G-1A suggestions? I think 4-LOM is finally the pilot to make one of Mr. Heaver's cards work, Stay On Target. Stay on Target and Outlaw Tech. That's the strong core, and you can go as heavy as you dare with Advanced Sensors, Title and Tractor Beam, and an illicit. 31-37 points.
Probably worth it on the cheap end, probably not at the expensive end.
edit: Also, football is called football because it is a game for peasants played on foot, with a ball. As opposed to the Rich People sports on horseback, like Polo.
