What Do You Want in a Scum Aces Pack?

I'd like to see them simply obsolete the heavy title for the Scyk, like they did with Munitions Failsafe. Give us a couple of different one, Defender-style, maybe one that adds a cannon and a light one that adds green turns and an ilicit slot.

Can you explain "obsolete" in regard to Munitions Failsafe. Is that card no longer usable? I just did a search on the Forum and didn't find some kind of ruling. Sorry to go off-topic.

It's not unusable but it's effectively been negated by extra munitions or guidance chips. There's a lot more options to ensure that ordinance hits now and there are much better options in the modification slot.

Much thanks since I was looking to buy on eBay. MF=$3.50, GC=$6.50, but GC isn't a discard either.

Same effect as the misthunter title: this ship gains the barrel roll action and must attach the tractor beam upgrade (tractor beam can use rear arc or front arc)

Scyk fixes:

Military Retrofit: you must equip the heavy Scyk title. + 1 hull. If you choose "cannon" you may Reduce the cost of that upgrade by 1; if you choose missile or torpedo you place an extra munitions token on that upgrade.

Light Scyk Title, 1pt: gain an illicit slot. When you reveal your dial you may instead perform a free boost instead of a maneuver.

Asking about "aces" I'd have to say StarViper and Kihraxz.

There's no question that the Scyk could use some help (a new title just like it has but without the cost wouldn't kill much more) but it just doesn't feel like an "ace" ship.

The lack of green hard turns really kills its capabilities as an interceptor and since it is titled "Ma-3 Scyk interceptor" and even comes with a title "Heavy Scyk interceptor" is where FFG made the mistake. Even the TAP which is not called an interceptor has green hard turns. Sure the A-wing is not named A-wing interceptor but it is classified as an interceptor and it has green hard turns.

Hmmm maybe have an Modification that you can preform a Talon Roll on your Turns? For a point like the MK II Engine?

This is the firespray fix, how excellent. I have run Expert Handling Boba Fett and it is very fun, but the stress it gives just kills the viability.

I actually just realised, glancing over the album, that I was missing a card from the set. I've fixed that now - A PS4 generic pilot with an EPT is another thing that would be great for the StarViper.

Great collection of cards Mangipan, you've obviously put a lot of thought into this issue, and I'd be very happy to see this exact set of cards be the scum aces pack.

Brilliant, the SV Pilots eliminate the need for EU and remedy the slots problem. Nice designs, too.
