Well, he's a lieutenant that appears in 3 different campaigns, and also, due to "Splig's Revenge" can spawn almost in every quest in LoR campaign hahahaha
Anyway, I think you should follow Umar's advaice, I also had to wait for a year to get LotW and Serena. Now I own them both but took me a while. I'm still waiting for Alric and Zacharecth thou, I cannot find a place to buy them

There is a Splig and another lieutenant (sorry can't remember who it was, but I can go check) at a game shop close to me if anyone is interested.
