Very gimmicky :D

That's one way to concentrate forward firepower.

How about dropping the plain Escort to a Support to get Adar in? Even more gimmicks! :)

hmmm, my thoughts were I need to extra activation rather than the double AA as squads will flank fine. hmm Does that work out cost wise? Adar is so expensive.

What about finding 39 points for a CR90 B to carry rieekan around, keeping him safe and running around doing mission stuff ( collecting tokens etc) without impacting on your main hitters.

It gives you five activations that will help ease your opponents ships into red range of your main hitters before they activate, hamper aggressive a five activation lists that need last/first activation(Demo, MC30 torpedo) and give your opponents with less than five activations the sucky choice of letting you go second or suffering from a double activing salvation or yavaris.

Good list by the way, I do love Nebs....

I guess you'd need to drop the Intel Officer as well as downgrading the Neb. Still worth it I say!

This leads to a very inflexible squadron game, where you only have one carrier. I'd not do that.

Personally wonder how useful TRCs actually are for generic nebs. They only have one evade after all.

With an option to take Dash instead of a vanilla YT2400, and a vet captain with Rieekan for escape purposes.

Its 44/46 pts as you will want SW7s and Jainas light.

I would be mighty impressed if you can build a 4 Neb, 1 corvette build that has a strong squadron wing.

I tend to play Nebs with very little upgrades as you will need to throw some away in a game. I also hate losing that single evade.

So....

Flag ship CR90 b, rieekan, Raynus A, tantive ( hangs back, giving two tokens per round)

Neb b escort, yavaris

Neb b escort

Neb b support, salvation, slaved turret

Neb b support, slaved turret

Fighters: Luke, Dutch,wedge,B wing, HWK

400 points spot on......

Oooh, nice! Though I'd be tempted to trade Luke in for 2 Y-wings. You get an extra deployment that way.

If youre squeezing the squadrons till you no longer have the Nym and Luke, brace and shield dodging combo then you could switch to this instead...

Personally I like having a couple of rogues to control the squadron phase. But it would be nice to have a non-flimsy ship to cover the other flank.

Having played this against Clon I can christen a few of the ships.

AFK is Big Bertha.

Rieekans Neb is Basilisk.

Yavaris is Mons Meg.

Salvation is Dardanelles.

YT twins are Gred and Forge.

Hwk is Dat Bass.
