Scum and Villainy Shadow Caster

This would be an awesome addition to the Scum faction it could have 3 attack, 2 agility, 5 hull, and 6 shield; as for upgrade cards it 1 crew member slot, 2 cannon slots, a illicit slot, one EPT slot, and a turret slot. The upgrade cards that it could come with could be a Heavy Laser Cannon, a Tractor Beam, a Triple Laser Turret (similar to the Twin Laser Turret but you'll get to attack 3 times instead of 2 times, and you're critical hits can't be cancelled by dice rolls), the illicit Engine Overload (you would lose 1 attack die to gain 1 additional agility die for one round, but the card can't be used in the next round), the illicit FRIENDLY FIRE! (you may discard this illicit to direct all fire you ship may receive to any friendly ship at range 1), Mercenary Copilot, the crew card "Bantha Fodder" (you can discard this card to get rid of one damage), and Out Maneuver. The Shadow Caster could also be able to take the following actions: Focus, Target Lock, and maybe Barrel Roll.

This type of gun almost makes certain that some ships take 3 damage, even if limited like TLT to 1 damage each attack. Many ships with bad or no agility would crumple under that thing so quickly.

Thought this was about the podcast. I'm only semi disappointed as this ship looks cool.

Yea...it looks ok. I'd far rather have the skipray though.

It actually never shows it having a turret. The top gun was just a gun. Could be a cannon for all we know.

in the show it was smaller than the ghost, I think it's about Aggressor sized, but I don't think Scum needs any more big ships right now.

If anything it would probably be a Rebel ship, but I don't really see them getting another large ship based on the Rebels cartoon anytime soon. Also not sure what niche it would fill since it seems pretty similar in both size and functionality to the YT-2400.

I hope if FFG does the Shadow Caster that they add a little more detail to the model than they did with the Ghost. Rebels' simplified art style doesn't mesh very well with the rest of the ships. Add some greebles, **** it! Its a fairly good take on Star Wars' love of flying pancakes otherwise.

NO! Especially after how they changed how things like TLT and cluster missiles, and Gunner work in the FAQ. Poor Rudor wouldnt stand a chance against a 3 shot gun, something he rightfully should be fine with after the first attack.

Sorry some of the text didn't get put in. What I meant to say was: You roll 2 attack and attack 3 times, but you can only deal a maximum of 3 facedown damages. You get a disabled weapons token for the next round; when that round is over you may remove the token.
