Has anyone heard when the Bantha Rider and the rest of that wave is being reprinted? My store didn't get any to cover pre-orders, so I'm still waiting to see when FFG starts the reprint cycle for them.

They cant print anything at the moment, they lost the trial against hasbro about if imperial assault was a boardgame or not(hasbro has the rights to make star wars boardgames) so you might have to wait a while before they reprint and the new expansion comes :-(
Wait, source? I've never heard of that before. It makes no sense that FFG would R&D a game like this well in advance and it's been out for a year, only to lose the battle on if it's considered a "board game".

More likely, people have just picked up on the game and the new stuff is just doing really well.

Bantha Rider is hugely popular in skirmish right now (mine will be making an appearance in my groups next TS run as well!) so I imagine there will be more out very soon. As for exact dates, you could always try to email them for specific information about your region. I am surprised your LGS can't give you more information, or do they just not want to ask themselves?

It was an issue...over two years ago when the game first came out. As you can see, the issue is now a moot point.

They're available on Amazon and other places. If your LGS is sold out (or never received any stock) then you can still get the Bantha elsewhere.
