I'd drop Mara Jade for a Navigator and lose the bombs. Either have a 2pt initiative bid or swap Hull for Shield and have a 1pt bid.

That's a Two-Ship, which probably isn't going to win friends. Wave 5 was full of them and everyone got a bit burned out. Just forewarning you of that.

Don't have Navigator, but yeah, that's a good idea.

Get them. 
I like giving RAC Predator. Mainly because you are going to want to abuse your engine upgrade and with his focus to crit ability you become completely unreliant on offensive actions. And you WILL NEED Autothrusters.
I'm with 4fox100. Predator is good. Drop Weapons engineer to make room for it.
