I noticed Joe has zeroes for Wave 8 ships, I also, have none yet! How many others haven't made Wave 8 purchases and why?

I haven't made the buy yet because I'm waiting for the end of the month's paycheck! Taxes took a toll this month!

I bought just the new advanced, xwing and tie f/o

Probably not going to get anything else till Imperial vets comes out

Planning a big move so maybe end up selling everything

Also thinking after this year regional of stepping away from the competitive format as I'm not finding it very fun anymore

If I didn't have a bye I probably wouldn't go to the regionals

Ordered them the same time I order Imperial Vets to get in before the price hikes. Of course we're still waiting on Vets so no more ships yet.

I've got everything but the Ghost. I need to figure out a storage solution for it that works with my current set-up

My local game store still hasn't gotten wave 8 in. Haven't felt the need to buy any wave 8 ships online, as I have an arrangement with the owner of the game store in town.

My five year old DELL laptop died two weeks ago so I purchased a brand new machine this month. Basically my toy $$$ for the next six months is going to pay this monster computer off. i got a very good DELL Desktop this time that will last for years.

I will still be able to buy a few spaceships but not as much as I have been getting.

The funny thing is that I have all of my fleets up to a BAMF'ing level so I can play all kinds of games and not buy anything for a while.

Bought only a Mist Hunter so far. Tight on money. Not sure if buying a Q-tip anyway. Ghost maybe, Dengar maybe.

I have an f/o Tie and a tie advance prototype. wanted to get a jumpmaster but bought a storage solution instead. time to start saving up for my next purchase. the only thing I'm not super stoked about is the Ghost. it's at the bottom of the next to buy list. I do have imp vets preordered.

Not bought any of Wave Eight and at the moment I can't really say I intend to any time soon. I've just fallen in love again with flying Rebel swarms so I'm using ships I've had lying around gathering dust since I bought them.

Oh and my current favourite (B-Wing, two X-Wings and three Z-95's, no upgrades) is currently renamed 'Sarlacc Squadron' but I've yet to fly it against someone running Boba Fett crew!

I've been buying other ships I need for lists I want to fly. I'll get around to them, but I've also been upgrading my storage. I am taking a hard look at where I want to go and sizing for my Battlefoam. Meanwhile, I've picked up a couple more generics for larger squads (a-wings and interceptors). As my birthday falls in next month, I have a list of X-Wing to my wife to distribute to everyone that might be contributing to my loot pile. It will be a really good month, or I'll get gift cards that won't help, or shirts, or stuff... so, we'll see...

I picked up a Mist Hunter and a P1. I got the new core for the asteroids, DD and BB-8, but I'm thinking that I shouldn't have. No T-70 and no F/O, no Ghost or TAP. I have Vets on order from before the price hikes though. I'm with Krynn on the competitive side of things. Regional prizes are pretty terrible imho (mines are the wrong size and white dice are meh compared to my clear ones) and the fun factor seems to have all but disappeared. But, as far as W8 goes, I'm done. W9 doesn't hold any interest for me either. I have what I want from this game I think, barring huge scum ships, and various Aces/Vets packs to fix what I already have.

I got TFA Core, Ghost, and Punishing One. I get a ship on average ever 1-2 weeks and I got a lot to get as I started in January.

I have debated selling everything too many times recently to put any more money into it.

I used some Xmas money to pre-order. I know it comes later, but I wanted to spend it on one of everything before I spent it on something else.

I still haven't used my Misthunter in a game yet, but I haven't had too much of a chance, to be honest.

My early comment was only half right. I did get the early release stuff before the rest of Wave 8 was released. That was part of my Epic order.
