The wookie list ain't bad. I'm not a fan of the character wookies because they are so expensive but they are mandatory for you so.... I'd either take 2 sets of regular wookies... or swap Jyn out for fury of Kashyyk and Gideon.
I love Jyn, but those wookies really need focus to do any damage and Gideon will really help getting them into combat and handing out focus to Gaarkhan.

For the scum list, consider devious scheme. I'm not a fan of the Wampa, i'd swap that out for maybe another rNexu and Devious Scheme. I like everything else is very solid. You also only have 14 command cards listed.... take rally, or urgency.
