I was just wondering how many games people are getting to play in an average month ?

I try and work on 4-5 face to face games, I've not yet worked up to vassal as for me it's more about time commitment than finding opponents, we have around 6 players at our local club and about four other stores that run regular tournaments within an hourish drive....

So how many games to you get in,and how many would you like to get in ?

I wouldn't be opposed to getting up to 8 or so in, provided I had the time. Aligning schedules can be difficult.

Somewhere around 6 to 9 depending on how often I am able to meet up with everyone on Wednesday / Friday nights. I am assuming one Sunday tournament in there (3 games).

I would say I get around 2-3, which is an improvement to what it was a few months ago, but still not as much as I would like.

I have about 5 a month. I am trying to build a community though and it is slow going.

Going forward. Maybe 4... 2 per Gaming day, which is every Fortnightly Sunday. (So, twice a month).

I would say I've played around 50 games or so since it came out. I've done 4 tourneys, totalling 13 games. The rest I have played with my buddies. I've also probably played about a dozen games or so against myself. The game has been out for what...a year now? So that's roughly 5 games per month.

Let's see, average is probably 2-3 on non-tourney weeks, 5-6 on tourney weeks. Figure a tourney every 2-3 weeks, that puts me at... Maybe 12-14 a month, maybe a few more if I'm lucky? Sprinkle in a couple more on Vassal, too, I guess.

Anytime! I am really fortunate that Thursdays I usually get 2 games in, and usually at least two additional games throughout the week. Our local playerbase is pretty rabid for some games.

I average about 2 games a week. Sometimes 3 in a week. So probably 8-10 games a month.

I have not yet dove into Vassal.

8-12 a month depending. I do not play on vassal so this is all tabletop. I always accept a game.

The tournament season has sure helped my average. FFG really doesn't know how much supporting that scene goes a long way to improve my sanity.

Vassal I've recently got working and I figure I'll probably get in a game a week in.

Otherwise at the FLGS, maybe twice a month... if the planets align ... which requires the death star to miss.

Since February, I've had 37 tournament games and zero casual...hehe... I love tournament season!

I can usually swing 1-2 a week but they tend toward casual. I just cant scratch that tourney itch.

I have only gotten in 4 games total since Armada came out.

I'm at around 4 irl life games per month including a tourney... hope for at least that many or more... I think I can get maybe 6 in... vassal is where I can see booking a lot more games... I got three in last tourney with a couple of practice games... I also got 3 or 4 last week alone... what can I say? HOOKED!

Outside of tournaments I'm lucky to get 2-3 per month in.

I played 66 games from Wave 1 to December 31st last year with 6 of those being tournament games.

I've got 48 games played since January 1st, and 12 of those were tournament games.

I play every Tuesday and a lot of Wednesdays with my Armada gaming group in West Lafayette, IN.

All my games are face to face.

Probably 5-10 games a month here, but more recently with tournament season just wrapped up a couple of weeks back. Hell, with a good bit of practice in the run-up to a tournament 7 games in a week isn't unreasonable.

Got two different groups I go to each week, and typically play Armada with at least one of them, often both. This week being an exception where I'm not playing Armada at all! Then there's also a few of us that fit in some weekend games now and again if there's not tournaments going on.

~8/ mo not including tournaments. That will be going up with Vassal participation soon. But like most, it's all about the infinite finite resource called time.

Yeah, wife and 2 young kids. I'm lucky if I can get away from the warden for 1 tourney a month and add in maybe 1 or 2 casual games a month

so in a GOOD month 4 or 5 games

in a BAD month 1 or zero.
