Newbie Here.
I was looking over my new game and the couple of extras and realized the Heroes seem to be scaled to the old "True 25mm" size. Not a problem, but it did make me curious, are all of the Runebound miniatures the same scale?

It is a slightly different platlstic material, but the descent and runebound hero minis are approximately the same scale, yes.
I found the Runebound 3rd Ed minis to be a bit smaller than the Descent ones.
Elder Mok in particular is the most obvious.

By smaller, do you mean thinner or are they heading toward 20mm?

To clarify my statement, I'm referring to Runebound 2nd edition.
I'll post some pics and measurements when I get home, but I would say closer to 20mm yes.
