juke swarm build?

Ive recently begun playing x wing and had an idea for a potential imperial tie swarm build involving youngster and howlrunner. Any sort of feedback would be greatly apreciated. Please excuse me if my lack of experience shows.

-Howlrunner x Youngster: 97 points

-"howlrunner" with swarm tactics: 20 points

-"youngster" with juke 17 points

-black squadron pilot with swarm tactics x 3: 48 points

-academy pilot: 12 points

The idea is that howlrunner and youngster support each other. The juke ability would be useless if tie fighters had to use their evade before they even begin their combat phase. However, howlrunner with swarm tactics ensures that 5 tie fighters have an effective pilot skill of 8 and will be attacking before most if not all enemy ships (ideally). They can then use the juke ability to cancel one of the enemy evades (after rerolling one attack die if necessary) and save their evade to be used when they are attacked by whatever is left of the enemy. I would appreciate any tips or ideas for this build or for an inexperienced player in general.
