Developements

By thefifthhorseman, in Warhammer Invasion Rules Questions

Hi all, new to game so maybe dum question but...A card used as a development once played takes no further part in the game i.e. it's placed face down as a developement and it's abilities cant be used is this right?

Cheers for setting me straight in advance

yup, unless someone plays a card that says otherwise.

Developments contribute +1 to the maximum HP to the zone they are in. At any time, the player who owns the Development is allowed to see what card it is.

Developments can act as a strategic resource in some deck builds. Certain cards allow you to manipulate developments or get more powerful with developments in play.

another noob question, just to clarify.

Once a development is played then there is no way to turn it face up...unless a card ability turns it up?

thanks

That is correct, a card played as a development stays a development unless a card effect specifically says otherwise.
