If I use target lock to re-roll 4 blanks and get 3 hits and a blank can I use predator to re-roll the blank?

Remember that if you use Predator and roll a blank you cannot then reroll it again with the target lock.

It's important to note that you cannot reroll any one die more than once per attack. That's a very important distinction (without it you wouldn't be able to reroll on a gunner attack either).
