Things did not go well for me. And Demolisher barely cracked my MC80 on turn 5 to win it, though it took 3 rams and cost Demolisher in the trade. I also missed a key block with my CR90A that could have kept Demo out of Black range.

Biggs - I watched the game live at work (while doing other things, of course) - it was disconcerting to look over my shoulder and see your mustachioed face frowning at me from a little square.
Question: Why did you send that first CR90 swinging to the left in front of Demolisher? Was there are a plan there? He got lucky with 9 hits from his front arc, but still...

Things started rough for Biggs as Demo destroyed a CR90B with one shot at the end of turn one. That extra activation was huge in allowing me to keep my little glass cannons out of harms way.
Turn 3 ended with another downed CR90B. And turn 4 ended with the final Cr90 turning Zombie and Demo moving into position against the MC80. As Biggs pointed out, he wasn't able to keep demo from getting into range with a block.
One strong hit (from Demo on Defiance) at the end of turn 4 had me intel the brace and Biggs used it up. I engine-teched a ram because I knew this was going to be close.
At the beginning of turn five demo got off a few strong blasts but the MC80 still had two hull left. I double-rammed it to death leaving Demo with one hull point.
Defiance activated and sent Tycho on a long run to finally kill a raider that just refused to die (That doesn't happen often!) He then whacked Demolisher.
We each ended up getting two Dangerous Territory tokens.
It's always a pleasure playing against Biggs! I look forward to our next match!

Long story short, I was gambling that he wouldn't get lucky on the roll, and the CR90 would still be swinging (and blocking the area) for one more turn. If it was there at the start of the next turn, it gets to crash in and cause navigation issues for the rest of Clon's fleet. Plus, I was hoping just by being there it would sucker Demo out of position.
It didnt help that I won none of my gambles, and butchered my possitioning. I guess I still am not good at guaging distance in Vassal.
