Is it allowed to deploy the figures of a group to different deployment points? It seems to be allowed when I reinforce a group as this happens figure by figure. I am not sure since I am not a native speaker if it is also allowed when I deploy a whole new group.

No, when you deploy a group, all of them has to be deployed to the same active deployment point.

Reinforcement is different because you reinforce single figures and not groups.
