Phantom Hunters

Just because I felt like it, I decided to go and build a Scum list specifically designed for killing TIE Phantoms, after one game in which Torkil Mux dropped Whisper to a 0 PS and she was murdered. So, I built this list with Mux, two PS 9 ships, and a 4 point initiative bid. It's not supposed to be competitive against most builds, just fun. Any ideas that might make it more effective at its assigned role?

Unhinged astromech on kavill for a better dial. Maybe toss a proxy mine on him or some other sort of bomb to deter aces getting into his range 1 bubble.

I'm not sure if outlaw tech and moldy crow are worth the points. I personally would just go with Recon Spec if you want focuses and just not do red moves. You have a turret, so I feel like you don't have to do reds. Also, not sure if ion is the best at killing an ace. Sure he attacks last after tokens might be stripped, but TLT would push more damage through. Or course if you do get an ion token on an ace they are screwed... I guess it's personal preference. But what about an ion on Kavil for 4 dice if you really want to ion an ace? TLT might works better on Mux anyway with all the focuses.
