Hi there everyone, I'm in the market for a replacement to a player that flaked out on me for one too many sessions. Game being played is Rogue Trader (duh) with some major Housrules to Combat (space and land), Psychic Powers and Social Interactions.
Time for the game is Saturdays at 12:00 UTC+2 (that's the Central European timezone for anyone unclear).

Adventure so far follows the exploits of a powerful Rogue Trader dyansty that has migrated from its home in the Gothic Sector to the Koronus Expanse in an effort to expand its powerbase and influence as well as searching for a planet found by the dynasty's former patriarch several centuries ago. On the puritan/radical scale, this campaign has fallen squarely in the puritan side of things, with the players being closely allied with the Imperial Navy. Xenos characters are not allowed, and Cold Traders, Reavers, etc. are going to be difficult to fit in, though not impossible with the correct backstory.

Campaign has been going for over a year so far, and the party has a well-established overall arc going on at the current time. Anyone joining at this time needs to demonstrate a deep knowledge of 40k and the FFG system while also being open-minded for the houserules that we use at the table. Selection process will require 1-on-1 interviews between me and any potential candidates as well as a meeting the other players and passing a preliminary session before becoming a solid member.

While I am not able to take part in your game, I am trying to fix some of the rule issues within the Rogue Trader System for my own group. Could you maybe post an overview of the houserules you use in your campaign? Those could potentially be a big help to my efforts. Thanks and good luck finding a new player!

Midday German time would make it about 7:30 pm (australia) for me which is doable. and my busy nights are usually friday rather than Saturdays, but there will be saturdays where I am busy.

What is the current rank of the players?

Would I start at that same XP, or at the start of the rank?

I have played one RT game for around 4 years, as the same character, have played in a few shorter RT games, and several Dark Heresy campaigns as many different characters.

I'm well versed in the games and the setting having collected White Dwarf from 95-96 onwards
