I was wondering if there was a mission builder for Armada similar to the XWing. I mainly want to setup individual missions that can be later linked together for a campaign with a X-Wing and Armada blend for a historical campaign.

Unfortunately there is none.. I have just used X-wing mission command to make the maps (select Epic format).. Trouble is that you have to make screendumps of your mission if you are to avoid contaminating the publicly available x-wing missions in Mission control with Armada missions.

I get the sense that X-Wing Mission Control was largely a dud. The standard Death Match is just too strong of a default, just like the standard format in Armada is a very strong default. Playing something other than that default just seems to be prohibitive, unless you have a strongly-connected community that is looking to play in a more imaginative way.

I wish it were otherwise, and have made some attempts locally, but there's just little appetite for it. (YMMV)
