Is the Outer Rim Smuggler supposed to have 2 less hull and 1 less shield than the other pilots? It just seems odd, and as probably already been covered somewhere, but my search fu sucks, so I am just checking.

It is supposed to be like that.. (it is also much cheaper)..

If you like, thematically speaking, think of it as a "stock" unmodified YT-1300, before Solo & Chewie heavily modified their vessel, becoming what we know and love as the Millennium Falcon (and hence an evade action/title, plus 2 hull points, plus 1 shield). Hope that helps, God bless .
