I am not sure if you can equip two EPT that boost Pilot Skill.

The only restriction is you can't equip two of the same EPT. Two different EPTs that do similar things are fine.

Yep, perfectly legit. Gets you a PS6 generic for 18 points with refit, but that's all it does compared to a naked Green or a green with just Adaptability (which can get you PS4). Not sure that's worth the bother.

Greatest move ever: Equip your Green Squadron Pilot with the above cards, then use adaptability to lower your PS. Then gloat as your opponent tries to figure out why.
