While defending, you may exhaust this card to spend 1 defense token that your opponent targeted with an result.

The Exhaust means you can use the card once per round? Or can you use the card on multiple attacks in a round?

So say I have a ship lined up in my forward and side arc, I fire with the forward and get a target lock. I pick Brace, my opponent then uses ECM so he can use brace. Now I do my second attack from the side arc and get another target lock. I pick brace, can my opponent use ECM again to unlock the brace?

We both have been using ECM multiple times in a round. But after get familiar with some of the wording on cards I feel we have been using it wrong

A Card is refreshed from the Exhausted Condition to Readied in the Status Phase...

thanks for clearing that up, as we get more familiar we are noticing little things we have been doing wrong
