Unhinged Astromech and Stay On Target

I am assuming this doesn't work out beneficially for you, but I just want to make sure. If I change my maneuver with Stay On Target, and that maneuver is a speed 3 maneuver and I have Unhinged Astromech, is it green or red?

It's red. The FAQ specifically deals with how two effects that change the difficulty of a maneuver interact.
