Is it legal to use Scum Y-Wing and dials for Rebels?

So if i buy Most Wanted and want to use the Y-Wing, but have only Scum dial? Can i use it for my Rebel army?

Ship paint scheme does not matter, but what about the dials?

You can use the Scum ship model and the dial, but you need the Rebel pilot cards and ship tokens.
