... You're 'arguments' were "things that are different are bad and I don't want to read them" and "everything is still canon even though Disney said otherwise" providing counter points to that is like trying to convince someone who refuses to look up that the sky isn't green.
Return of the Grand Admiral
The progressive bent of the new books is quite refreshing (being anvilicious in the approach not withstanding), but I think the rest of it overall was a blow to the idea that the Disneyverse would somehow avoid Sturgeon's Law in ways the EU did not.
I'm also seeing the shades of the "shoving it down our throats" *snicker* that pervades the homophobe crowd in this thread, which while kind of expected of the old Star Wars nerd demographic, is unwelcome to say the least.
Sidenote: If Thrawn comes to Rebels he better be voiced by Clancy Brown, at which point I might give it a chance.
Rebels already used Clancy Brown.
Well that's a pity. He's perfect for the role.

Well, I would welcome his return as a leader for the Rebellion next season.

I think it could still work for both if he used his Lex Luther/Long Feng voice for Thrawn

1st: You didnt read what I wrote, and you had two chances to do so.
2nd: Disney / LFL has shown through their interviews that legends is secondary canon. I have loads of quotes showing this fact in the last fiew pages of Rebels main topic created by Captain Lackwitt
3rd: If you cant counter every individual point I made you have no legit counters proving them wrong, or to show why they are good. You wont even go into deets to say why you think SE is a good novel.
I have to question if you even took a look see at the novel, what does chapter 3, 3rd paragraph, 2nd line say?

You know that voice actors can play more than one role, right?
I mean, Frank Welker alone voiced like half of Cybertron.
The professionals are, sure. But this is Clancy Brown. He is very, very recognizable. He does do a good amount of voice work, but he doesn't exactly hide that it's his voice.
And please, can we not quote BKL. I am rather happy with only seeing white bars. Especially since he seems to be posting worse than usual crap.
....So you're saying there is a way that you don't have to see anything but white bars when he posts?
Ignore list is an amazing thing.
...Thats so much better. I feel smarter already.

It just goes to show you didn't have a good counter argument, if you did you wouldn't fall back onto using personal attacks.
