On some of the action card the Assignment phase appears. Does this mean you preform the action during the assignment phase or assign a leader to this action during the assignment phase and then use the action/leader during the command phase?

Follow up to question 1. If you assign the Action Card during the Assignment phase, can you also attach that Leader and Action Lard to a Mission to be used during the Command Phase?

Remember that the Rebels do their assignments first, then the Imperials, so if there's a question of timing for assignment action card usage, it goes in that order.
