Firespray, Y,Z,Z casual play

Playing my friend tonight, I usually fly Rebels. I'm looking for a bit of a change.

Thoughts? Boba and Proton Bomb for the lulz.

This looks pretty good, and would be worth a try. If you get a few games in, you could maybe make both Zs a pirate to free a point, which you can use to change unhinged astromech to the R4 Agromech. It makes that TLT much more consistant, and with just one Y-wing there is less of a need to bug out with the 3 speed maneuvers.

The only other thing I would say is that Boba Fett can't trigger on Proton Bombs. They technically don't count as an attack, as much as I wish otherwise. That isn't to say it's a bad choice, but I'm guessing that was what you were thinking when putting the list together.

I love the Firespray, but it has its issues. I find the generic Merc really really struggles. The FS, in general isn't the greatest ship so a pilot ability really helps its out as well as PS 5 is usually worthless, not high enough to win often not cheap enough to justify the base cost. I think both Boba and Kath are worth their price (when upgrading from Merc). So you need to find 3-4 points on your list that can drop.

First I'd drop Lone wolf, with 4 ships on the board and 2 of them as zappers I think it will be unlikely you are going to get it to proc often as all of them are going be hanging out pretty close together. (Unlike, say if you were running a bunch of TLTs with it, where they hang back and FS is in the frey or HLC on FS, where the FS is hanging in the back while others cause trouble up front.) Next you are looking to find 1 more point to drop to get to either (since if you up all the way to Boba then his crew drops automatically). Then you can either downgrade the torps to Adv homing to proc Boba (crew) or Plasmas (for bigger ships) or drop the dampeners.

If Boba has arc, focus and use pilot ability + Dengar rerolls to land all your hits. If you need to reposition, Boba can Boost at PS10 and still get some rerolls. The Zs can block and zap and the TLT is a standard workhorse. Nothing too fancy. I'd drop a feedback array for a Glitterstim on Boba, if you have it.
