Yep, we have a league in Central Ohio, called... Central Ohio X-Wing. We meet every Tuesday night at Ravenstone Games. We are just starting league up so plenty of time to join. The leagues facebook group is here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/523077674535722/
You also have Monday evenings at The Guard Tower, and Thursday evenings at The Soldiery is casual group play. More competitive play is also occasionally happening at Ravenstone on Thursday nights as well.
