Oicunn With Vessery - Ioning and bumping

Trying to optimize this. The idea is for vessery to stay behind Oicunn, releaving his stress from bumping + dauntless, while adding damage and ions.

I like the idea although I have some thoughts. Mara Jade might be better than Rebel Captive since Oicunn likes to be in the thick of things so more potential for handing out Stress tokens. Rebel Captive works better as a deterrent against attacking a specific ship.

Weapons Engineer might be more use than Kallus as it will allow you to TL 2 different ships making Vessery more flexible. It also means you need to worry less about spending TLs with Oicunn's shooting, even if he is blocked/stressed.

Another thing to think about, the Ion Projector isn't super reliable without Palpatine. You can cover for that with the Defender's Ion Cannon, but if you are lining that shot up anyway you might as well switch to anti-pursuit lasers. That should finish off the bumpped ship a little faster and let you move on to the next target.

I guess the ion projector gives a backup chance if the cannon misses, and gives you a chance at the double Ion token you need to stick a large ship.

An alternate take on a similar idea would be to drop the gunner and rebel captive for palpatine, then you could try something silly like tractor beam on the defender. You can do the ramming shenanigans, guarantee the Ion token with Palp, then barrel roll them back a little bit with the tractor beam to still shoot them with Oicunn. Depending on PS, it could still deny their shot and you would be hitting way harder, even without gunner.
