I searched this forum as much as I know how and didn't see anything. How to these interact? Can Dengar use feedback for both his attacks? If he uses feedback for his main attack can he make a counterattack?

Based on the wording of the card, I would think that Dengar can only trigger Feedback Array if he had not already attacked in the round and cannot attack after he has used it. I'm not sure if he can activate it twice though, as he would have already passed up making any attacks in the round in exchange for the first usage of the card.

This is my reading too, but wanted to poll the forum anyway.

"Instead of making any attacks" is an unusual piece of rules text, but I'm with WWHSD: you could only use it if you haven't already attacked, and if you use it you can't attack again.

Has anyone received any concrete ruling on this? I have a person who claims to be able to attack and then using Dengar's ability trigger, feedback array for the double tap.

According to the wording on the card "During the combat phase, instead of performing any attacks...", shouldn't this mean that if Dengar attacks, he has already violated the card's requirement to use feedback array? Also, if he uses feedback array for his primary attack, he should concede Dengar's ability to attack back since the wording of "performing any attacks" is a requirement on Feedback Array.

Yes the last 3 are all lumped into secondary attacks, but the card says nothing about not being able to attack again. Where we have seen that on other cards.

FFG has been wonky on rules writing so it could be ruled any way.

"Instead of making any attacks" makes it pretty clear that you can not perform attacks at all. No matter what type of attacks. It does not say "Instead of making an attack" . If you already attacked, you can't trigger Feedback Array. If you trigger Feedback Array you can't use Dengars ability to attack during the Combat Phase. You could however retaliate against Corran Horn attacking in the end phase.
