It always feels a little Dubious to have an All-Ship List these days - doubly so when you have no Ships with 2-Die Anti Squadrons, only ones...

I'd worry just how quickly a Carrier list would bomb it to death... You also lack the Speed to close quickly and destroy an enemy fleet with anything other than Demolisher, and even then, he's not as quick as he usually is...

I brought this to a store champ about a month ago, it is surprisingly quick. It got me to top table, would have taken first place if I had remember I had Screed the turn 5 and turn 6. The final ship on the board was a MC 80 with zero shields and 1 hull point.

The first game it wiped the table with a 10 - 0 win, over on turn 3. The second game went to turn 5, but resulted in a 9 -1 win.

The first game was against a Rhymer 2.0 ball, second game was a ISD / carrier list; 3 game was a MC80 / Assault Carrier list.

Then I'd say you were fortunate.

I've been playing around with a Rhymer and 13 Tie-Bomber list, I'd be a happy happy man facing a list like this.

As player 2 you're going to struggle to get them Ordnance upgrades on the VSD's into play, and any competent player will ruthlessly exploit the poor speed/turning on the VSD's and stay out of their front arcs. I'd also worry about facing Ackbar/TRC/Home one lists.

If you are going to run an all ship Imperial list, you need player one.

What he said. I've actually re-looked into squadron heavy builds because people seem to be all about ship activations these days.

A speed 3 MC30 with TRCs/Ackbar will eat those Victorys for breakfast.
