She may lack the more powerful damage reduction options of Order (mainly The Ultimate Team) and she may not be able to run Hammer of the Gods, but Dragon Lifter is all the block mod abuse she needs (besides Not Human, of course).

Damage reduction: Not Human, Enemies Now Friends (combos also with Triple Botta if the attack is off zone), Shadowar, Throne Room's E, Hilde

Damage pump: Enemies now Friends, Dragon Lifter, Mark of the Beast, Hilde

Speed pump: Together Again, Glanzende Nova, Dragon Lifter, Hilde, "Amaryllis Spin" (not truly speed pump but the end result is similar)

Tech: Torn Hero, Know When to Talk.... Mark of the Beast

Control: Know When to Talk..., damage reduction, Triple Botta in Tempo, Hope for One's People

Momentum gain: Soaring Dance

Momentum outlet: Mark of the Beast

FAQ:

1) Why do you have 4 Throne Rooms?
Not only are they important to the damage reduction capabilities of Not Human, they're one of the few low blocks in the deck.

2) Why not use Lightning Horn?
While I agree that Lightning Horn is incredibly useful in Hilde, it doesn't have a keyword other than Combo. For White Crane purposes this is great, but for Triple Botta purposes, not so much. Dragon Lifter IS a weapon, but it would be nearly impossible to block with it, especially if I'm upping block mods myself. I would need multiple Together Agains to help. If that's not an option, I need a weapon with a block. That's why Mark of the Beast entered the picture, capping the deck at 20 attacks.

3) Isn't 20 attacks too much for a Hilde?
Not really. At 12 attacks, my Order version sometimes doesn't draw any attacks, even with a 7HS (since other than Financial Troubles, all of her card draw are enhancements). I wanted to round it out at 16, but noticed that Triple Botta wouldn't combo as easily, and also that a single, well-placed Fury of the Ancients will kill her. Enter Mark of the Beast. It also provides Soaring Dance with a purpose other than being a kick and a high block.

4) No Dual-Wielding/Wrath of Heaven!?
Ugh. Not in this deck. While it is true that the combination of both + Hilde only can deal 25 damage, this is all well and good until either gets PotE. I'm also waiting a whole lot for the Wrath of Heaven to come to my hand, and also the Dual Wieldings, when I could be attacking. But including attacks makes Wrath of Heaven slower since I have to make an 8, and checking a 2 or 3 screws things up. Not to mention that in case of Rashotep/JJ, the entire Wrath of Heaven strategy falls flat, whereas with more attacks you can poke and keep your distance with the damage reduction and somewhat still stand a chance. Obviously needing a sideboard for that purpose still.

5) No Dual-Wielding at all?
NO. I dislike it, not because it makes things easier, but because it's a 4/4 with no block on it. Many a time I've been stuck drawing into Dual Wieldings instead of attacks and I'd rather not have to look at it ever again. Besides, with the attack lineup, it simply doesn't pay off as much.
