Again, I don't see an issue of insisting that the opponent uses the cardboard templates that you brought if you are that worried about it.
FFG is not making a lot of friends this month
Again, I don't see an issue of insisting that the opponent uses the cardboard templates that you brought if you are that worried about it.
The problem with this is if you only have one set of clusters, extra munitions, and then win the Alts.
You don't have anymore to sub it out with.
And being ok with these because hardly anyone uses them is the same as "we'll take anything you give us regardless of accuracy"
did someone put them in the microwave?
for shame. shame shame shame.

You can deny third party game aids if you wish.
I'm not sure you can ban official FFG game components.

That's also a good point. I guess it's all legal? That's stupid, but so are quite a lot of things about this game lately.
Bring your own, and insist on using the cardboard ones. Same as with templates or dice.
The current tournament regulations only give someone the OPTION of REQUESTING that you share maneuver templates, range rulers, and dice. Nothing else. And your opponent is not required to agree to your request. At that point it becomes a TO decision.
Well if the images are correct, the template doesn't fit in the guides of the acrylic bomb, so surely they couldn't really use it anyway?

A TO would likely not allow it, but FFG should replace these ASAP. The Atlanta regional is this weekend, so they will likely have bad tokens too. Spiraling down quickly...
Does that mean i just have to line up my ship with the template guide and it doesnt have to hit flush? I like this logic ![]()
