You mean the one where you had to win by 33 points or more to avoid a modified win and where the tie breaker was based on SoS such that if the first two players you destroy drop then you're also screwed.
The same system where it was far smart to concede a game that it was to only give your opponent a modified win because giving him the full win would help YOUR SoS?

PS. Although I do think that the threshold for a full win could move up from the 12 it is currently at.
