Arch-Militant Startking Talents

I'm new to the forums and to Warhammer 40k gaming! I have to say when I saw this book in Barnes and Noble I was impressed by the system and have been a fan of the Warhammer 40k universe. I don't play the minis because I refuse to dish out that kind of money on a hobby, but Dawn of War introduced me to Warhammer and have enjoyed the lore ever since.

Anyway, this may seem obvious, but when I was looking at the Arch-Militant rank trees I noticed that the Arch Militant starts with Sound Constitution but it wasn't on my tree, after looking vigorously for where it was on the rank 1 tree I noticed that in between some of the talents is the skill "Medicae". After looking at all the other rank trees for Arch militant I noticed there was no other reference to that skill or any way to raise it even further so I am assuming this is just a misprint in that text box and they intended to put in Sound Constitution at 200xp?

Most likely yes, Probably Sound Constitution (x2) since it's rarely just one it seems, especially for the Arch-Militant.

I wouldn't rule out that it is a misprint. Arch-Militants come with a medkit, which gives you a +20 to your Medicae test. It does seems a little odd that it is suck in between two talents though.

Well, it probably represents battlefield first-aid training. Remember, some soldiers know how to patch themselves up too.

The Medicae skill isn't exactly a misprint, the upgrades are sorted by cost then name. Other classes are sorted by type then name, so I imagine they were put together by different people.

Basically, Arch-Militants got lucky and have an extra buy option at 1st Rank relative to other Careers that start with the same number of (Skills + Talents).
