I wanted to see the rules and guidelines for the mission, but it's not in the wiki. Any links would be much appreciated.

It's not made available online by FFG. Links will be to unofficial scans, and may not be available because lots of people don't really pay attention to the mission.

My recommendation would be to buy one. The mission requires (or strongly recommends, anyway) flying one, and it's a fun and useful ship anyway.
