Its another take on what to do with the "you can't have 3 of these Guardians" problem. Horton doesn't lose much survivability and gains quite a bit of PS. He has no SLAM, though.

His damage is on par with a PT U-Boat which is the one thing that makes me even consider him. I am really sad Horton has not Elite slot. Vi would have given this build real legs.

So lose the ABTs and go with the EPT droid. Then you can have your cake and eat somebody's face too. Besides, what's the point of ABTs when you have PWTs?

You could keep the ABTs and take the EPT droid, and just take Adaptability. It's not as good as PS10, but there's a lot of important ships at 8 right now.

Alternatively, drop Horton's torpedo to Plasma. It's still pretty accurate, and it gets you to PS10.

Or drop the Autoblaster turrets, as you've already got a 3-dice primary (at that range)? I can see why they're there (Aces), bust most Aces would just stay out of Range 1 if they see ABTs anyway so it's kinda wasted points IMHO.

That'd let you change Horton to R2-D6 and VI. Hrum. Since he's firing first anyway, Plasma Torps might not be a bad idea to strip extra shields away. Gives 4 points to play with.

Horton's Hawgs

The Dorsal Turret is kind of a late-game concession to the idea Horton might still be alive. It could be an ABT instead, but Y-Wings aren't maneuverable enough to get aces into a donut even going at PS10.
