Superdash has done fairly well paired with the ghost. Hasnt won any yet, but pretty sure its been top 8
2016 Regionals Results
Tie fighters are doing great: like 3 different pilots compImperials have a LOT of viable ships. Though a bunch are used in palp configurations.
I think you're right beyond these configs I think there are none others:
Palp aces (also includes whisper lists)
3 aces
4 ship palp
4 ship no palp: Carnor and Inq lists
Crack swarm 6 howl
Crack swarm 5 with Vader
Whisper chiraneau
Soon you can add defender variants. 3 ship defender aces. And 3 onyx x7 with hull.
I'm glad I can add another config to the list
2TAP/2Bombers
Top-8 in Boston (91 players, Top 16 cut)
Massachusetts Regionals Day 2 ended today, Top 16 are up on List Juggler:
http://lists.starwarsclubhouse.com/get_tourney_details?tourney_id=1674
Winner was 40 hit points of Rebel glory. That's definitely a first this season, for winning anyway. Francois seems to like high HP squads, as he was playing dual decimators at Worlds last year.
I'll compile the results into the first page of this thread in the next couple of days.

Not bad. Wanna bat rep? Why is your list good? Do you think its Tier 1, or Tier 2 unexpected?
My theory thinks that you're getting up really close to PS3 uboats and gunning them down. But, I'm not sure how you deal with arc dodgers flown by good players. classic triangle matchup syndrome.
Wow! Two players in Mass missed the cut by a 3 and 6 MOV respectively. Ouch!
I'm just happy to see a list with 2 ghosts win a regional
If Imperials and Rebels lack diversity, what is there left to say about poor Scum? Brobots still win from time to time, but beside that it's either 2 JMs+somethimg or 3 JMs.
Originally I thought about this list as unexpected tier 2, however after this regional I believe it can be classified as a potential Tier 1 list.
I did create this list to best PS3 U-boats, however i didn't face any. My matchups were:
Swiss:
Dengar/Kath Scarlett
Won, lost both bombers
4 TLT Y-wings (Guy made it to top 8 as well)
Lost, we did a sightseeing tour around the galaxy for an hour, then I decided to engage in the last round and bumped. Got one y-wing to 1 hp and lost a bomber.
Dengar/2 TLT Y wings
Won 100-0
Palpatine/Soontir/Inquisitor
Modified win (Killed shuttle, lost Jones)
Dengar/4 Binayre Pirate (Proton Rockets/Feedback array)
Won 100-0
Palpatine/Soontir/Inquisitor
Win (Killed shuttle and Inquisitor, lost Jones and bomber)
---
Elimination:
Palp/Whisper/Omega leader
Killed Omega and Palp, lost Jones. Whisper lost all shields.
Once it went close to time with no chance to win, opponent conceded.
Triple aces (Soontir/Carnor/Inquisitor)
Very close game. I lost one baron but killed Carnor during initial exchange. Then I did manage to get a hit on Soontir, lost a bomber and it ended up with Soontir and Inquisitor having range 2 shots on a fresh but tokenless baron that had a return cluster missile shot (no juke, but in Jones range) on a tokenless Soontir. My opponent did manage to get 4 hits through my defence dices and killed the baron. I conceded after that (as I didn't have a chance to win after that).
I think that one of the strong points of this list is the fact that it can erase any ship that ends up in range 2 of both barons (10-12 hits with cluster missiles and Juke that works on every cluster missile attack) as well as the fact that barons are hard to hit and can still deal the damage even after spending the missiles.
San Diego Regionals, At Ease Games.
112 pilots.
David Yun (Mynocks!) wins the final round flying:
Capt Yorr+Palpatine
Whisper+ACD+VI+FCS+Kallus
Omega Leader+Juke+Comm Relay
against John Davis
3x Contracted Scouts (U-Boats, Toilet Seats, whatever)

2 Ghosts and Biggs is on my list of builds to fly. It seems ruthlessly effective against a lot of things. 3 ordnance shots to kill Biggs, then you have 2 entire Ghosts to get through.
Also, people disregard autoblaster turret. A range 1 turret shot isn't too hard to get on most things, and that's not counting the bigger area that having a large base gives you. Considering how prevalent Acewings are, Autoblaster turret seems like one of the things you'd jump too. It's certainly better than Dorsal turret, that's for sure.

The problem with biggs as opposed to the gold squadron there (I really like that list actually) is it only leaves you 2 points for upgrades on each ghost by the time you take biggs with a 1 point droid and IA. I ran quite a few games with 2 rebels with FCS + biggs with r4-d6 and lost every single one of them. (And as evidence that I'm not just terrible at flying the ghost, I'm 31-3 between all my other ghost lists). Every single game I played I regretted not having a turret on the ghosts.
So if you try it, go ABT over FCS. The problem then being that if you aren't using the turret the points do nothing for you, and you lose out on the free TLs to help your 4 dice attacks hit really hard. The gold squadron with ABT like the winner there had gives you the advantage of having both ABT AND FCS on the ghosts (and 3 autoblasters to make imp aces sad).

Squadron formation, barons on top, focus up every turn until engaged (or barrel roll everyone if situation warrants it). If anyone ends up being in range, fire tracers, acquire target locks (and evades) and plasma/cluster.
Against aces go for the shuttle first, threaten a cluster/plasma shot on aces and keep in mind that once you kill the shuttle they need to kill 2 of you ships without losing anything or kill 3 of your ships (if they lost one) to win.
Also keep in mind that you can use tracers and crackshot to try to pop Soontir's stealth device.

One Rebel regen (poe, red ace, awing) made the cut, but get stoned during night afterparty (or more like interparty, or after-swiss-party;)) and didn't showed on the finals in the morning. Get replaced by Ghost + Biggs.
I've played Bossk + Boba and I find it quite competitive.

I've run something similar and it's been the best tournament placement I've had (top 4). It's definitely a list with weaknesses, but it packs a heck of a punch if you get something into multiple arcs...
