Trying to get a neb b back in my lists

By CenterPoint, in Star Wars: Armada Fleet Builds

ive spent a long time away from the neb b ( as i hated them) but i want to give it some more love.

heres what i came up with

Yavaris and Luke
Author: CenterPoint

Faction: Rebel Alliance
Points: 397/400

Commander: General Dodonna

Assault Objective: Opening Salvo
Defense Objective: Hyperspace Assault
Navigation Objective: Superior Positions

Nebulon-B Escort Frigate (57 points)
- Yavaris ( 5 points)
- Lando Callriassian ( 4 points)
- Turbolaser Reroute Circuits ( 7 points)

[ flagship ] CR90 Corvette A (44 points)
- General Dodonna ( 20 points)
- Jainas Light ( 2 points)
- Turbolaser Reroute Circuits ( 7 points)

CR90 Corvette A (44 points)
- Turbolaser Reroute Circuits ( 7 points)

MC30c Scout Frigate (69 points)
- Admonition ( 8 points)
- Ordnance Experts ( 4 points)
- Turbolaser Reroute Circuits ( 7 points)
- Assault Concussion Missiles ( 7 points)

4 YT-2400s ( 64 points)
1 Nym ( 21 points)
1 Luke Skywalker ( 20 points)

Fleet created with Armada Warlords

i plan on going 2nd. keep nym and Luke by the yavaris, and fly the yt's aggresively. keep the cr90s out at red range of everything, and try to keep admonition alive. fly yavaris at speed 1, mc30s and cr90s at speed 3 to start.

yavaris banks a squadron token 1st as insurance. and then 1 nav in case its needed.

MC30 does its usual 1 navigate, then all concentrate fire

cr90s do either nav or cf as needed or even a squad command just to mess with enemy squadrons.

Thoughts and critiques are welcome

This list gives me 7 placements and 4 activation's, meaning i will usually have the last move.

opening salvo lets my sips get an extra bite, and hyperspace assault lets me reak havoc with either admonition to get in close, or yavaris to snipe from behind.

Superior positions over minefields because hitting a mine could kill/ cripple any of my 4.2 avg hull ships.

so i took this to a tournament last weekend and did alright. the first game I tabled my opponent. part of it was an error on his part, the other was lucky rolls on mine.

faced a 2nd list that had nebs that all healed each other annd an mc80 doing cover. by the end of the game 10 damage cards had been dealt and removed with engineering off of all of his ships, and we finished the game with him not losing any shields (kinda sucks when you can restore 4 shields a turn to a single ship :( )

however i was pleased that yavaris is much more survivable than i thought with lando. and luke and nym are monsters especially if they get to double tap. 4 damage from luke with dodonna is a great way to kill a 4 or 5 hull ship without touching the shields in one turn.
