Basically Chopper screens for Hera potentially getting 2 stress onto ships if you can ram them with chop and get a tactician shot off. The list is obviously bulky, and honestly I think it sounds like a lot of fun (this is all theory crafting) but its late and I'm a little drunk so feel free to poke as many holes as possible into this plan.
