Hoth open spoiled the hell out of me. Those plastic cards are just beyond beautiful. I know they shouldn't make many of them to keep them rare. It would be nice if the winner on new kits got a plastic card version of alter art cards.

Why keep them rare? Rarity is for the secondary market, especially in a non-random packs game like this.

You could pass some on. =) I only have acrylic stresses and a range ruler set I bought. Nothing else.

I really want to get a plastic card. But I don't fly either ship on the card. So then it's just collecting for the sake of collecting.

The plastic card is pretty neat, but honestly I like the Paul La Rue alternate arts better. FFG did leave that door open for more of those plastic ones though. And I really like the idea of the double sided cards! Now if FFG commissioned PLR.... that would be a BAD day for my wallet!

I think the stele open is getting a plr art plastic card for the marek defender pilot. But there's too much swag at that event to keep track of.

Greenman Designs has some nice basic tokens that you can get in a variety of colors, both clear and solid.

Greenman Designs has some nice basic tokens that you can get in a variety of colors, both clear and solid.

But you'll have to wait for greenman's. I've been waiting over a year for the kickstarter and there's no end in sight.
