I bought 2 boxes and just unpacked them today, got every character, but I was wondering if there was a card list somewhere, so I could check to see if I do indeed have every card that comes in the booster set.

PS. from what I hear, I apparently need to reapply to be a scout again? If true then could I please have a link, and is the test the same or what?

the cards are numbered 1-99, you can get a full list but not in order at twoheadeddragon.com/node/21

Twoheaded has a 'Sort by Collection Number' option in the basic search engine. If you choose Tekken 6 as your set, and sort by Collection Number, it will get you a list in order.
