This could mean anything. Like, it could mean Vader.
Yeah, that was the first thing I thought of too, that he was talking about Vader. Although if you want to get pedantic, he was Sith not Jedi at that point - but, it's probably a safe bet.

Probably why he said "technically" even when technically wrong. If, for example, Ben Kenobi made an appearance, he would have just said "Yes".
Yeah, thing is Leia and R2 will be in the movie as a passing mention; the plans were passed to her for godness sake! It's hardly a major spoiler studeos. XD

I don't care how the rest of the movie goes, but if Jyn Erso is not let down by the script, between her and Vader being there I'll be happy with this one.

My only complaint (and it's very minor) is WHY did they decide to do another sun/eclipse shot again? I had enough of that in TFA.
