I'm not clicking on the link, but I'll like it in the spirit of Star Wars excitement.

I clicked the link, and read the article; worse, I read the comments. I think I lost a point of Intellect.

I'll like that post - but I think with only 3 weeks left to go, it's time for me to go into Total News Blackout Mode™.

You fool! Why would you do that to yourself! Never read the comments on an internet forum and never ever EVER read the comments on youtube.

Not sure if I'm a fan of Alden Ehrenreich's look for Han.

12-16 tickets bought.

That's how you do it! Plan to go see it sixteen times!!!

My plans have likewise been made!

Tickets for 8:00 PM 12/15 purchased last night.

Will probably wait until the full reviews are out and the rush crowds have died down.

Dec. 18th due to work and wanting to avoid crowds. So spoiler tags on discussions or give it a few days please.

Vader is Luke's Father.

I just upgraded my iPic membership to Sapphire level, so I should theoretically be able to buy tickets for the 15th. Unfortunately, the iPic Theaters system isn’t letting me do that.

:o :(

Wait - you need a review for a Star Wars movie before you decide to go?

That seems. . . . weird.

I'll probably go regardless of reviews, but I'm happy to wait even until the new year.

I'm glad I waited on TFA, it turned out to be exactly what I was afraid of when Abrams was announced. But we've been around and around that one before, let's not blow the thread up over it.

So, got the last seats for the first screening on the 14th (well, actually starting right with the 15th) with a couple of friends. Early dates are usually the best in my experience, as the other people in the cinema are fans, too. And I get to see the movie before too much information might spoil my openness.

I did finally get my tickets for the first screening on the 15th, at iPic theaters. ;)

Oh, and the 1:15am showing, too. That one has much better seats.

I probably could've gotten seats somewhere on the 15th, but we went for the theatre with the reserved big reclininers.

In Austin, that would be the iPic Theater at the Domain. ;)

I'll probably just show up at the theater. Shocking, I know!
