Man, the Empire just cant catch a break!

Hey, Vader's screaming at the end there was better than "Noooooooooooo!" Disney, we need a new rerelease.
Has anyone else seen this? It looks like Boba concept art to me, and it is with a Rogue One pre-release merchandise display......
Does anyone think that this is a hint that we may see Boba Fett make an appearence as a surprise character?
Google no-permission page comes up.
How do you post pics on this forum? I've never done it before, and I can't figure it out ![]()
To see how, click the Quote button on a post with an image, then click the little "switch" icon near your avatar to see the BB code.
Edited by whafrogStill can't figure it out...
This is one way, but it needs to be online then and publicly available (which I hope this image is, if not you probably won't see it)

Edited by MaxKilljoyTry now. I had to change the sharing to public.
If this doesn't work I'm just going to see if I can at least PM it to one of you and let you figure it out ![]()

Worked now.
Interesting -- that's art directly related to Rogue One?
It seems to be. It is part of a Rogue One pre-release t-shirt display, and all of the other shirts are Rogue One promo art.
There are quite a few classic trilogy toys being re-released along with Rogue One toys.

You know, something occurred to me - and it makes me sad. Back in the day, Star Wars movies were a big deal. I took May 25th off from School for the premiere of Jedi, and off from work for 1, 2, and 3. The lines were big ol' parties, several days of Nerds gathering in anticipation.
But with the movies being an annual event, it loses some of that. Oh sure, they'll play to packed houses on opening week - but they wont be special. I know there isn't a correlation between a cultural corner stone like Star Wars and the Marvel flicks - but consider Doctor Strange. One of the issues I've heard, that while it's still a very, very good movie - it's kind of samey. We've seen this 14 times previous.
In 2026, will Star Wars be in the same boat when we have the Fett movie, the Han movie, the Kenobi trilogy, Walrusman: The Origin, and Episodes 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12?
Edited by DesslokThe fun died with the internet, not the time frames. It was 3 years between Star Wars and Empire and all there was in between was comic books, Starlog, and the occasional profile piece in Us or People.
I remember seeing the very first re-release of Star Wars, just to see the Empire trailer. Now you get 24/7 updates via the internet.
Boba Fett: The Sarlacc Regurgitation will be the last Star Wars movie.

Don't forge the Holiday Special.
I agree, part of the fun and excitement is not knowing or being able to guess so easily about the story. I wish Disney would make an exception to their norm and stop ramming their marketing down everyone's throats. Something good ol' George had down was timing. He may have made decisions we don't all agree with, but he knew that tons of internet updates weren't the answer to everything.
Why I don't like Disney....
"I find your lack of marketing disturbing..."
