is it ok if I bring print outs of all the ship dials, so I can see what my opponent moves could be?
dial reference sheets at SC?
You might get some static based on the "outside reference" rule, but at a tournament I was judging I'd never penalize you for that, assuming the maneuver sheets don't contain any information that's not normally public knowledge.

Yes. You can bring anything that is published by FFG. You can't bring statistical information to the match is what the FFG guys told me at the Hoth Open but you can bring Maneuver sheets and list sheets.
Frank is on record as saying these are fine.
As mentioned it should be fine except that it is still a violation of the "no outside reference" rule. Welcome to the catch-22 where everything should be public knowledge and bringing in the original references from the various expansion packs is 100% legal but you start running into a grey area when someone compiles that into another reference.

which in theory you cannot cite since it's an "outside reference" as it's not officially published : )

I guess this kind of depends on what a TO considers to be "outside reference material". I mean the rulebook is obviously fine, and there are 2 manoeuvre charts on the back page, so I would assume that any other manoeuvre charts from expansions should be OK as well.
I would also assume that my BIG Reference Card (see link below) would be considered "outside reference", even though it's pretty much a direct compilation of all the FFG official reference materials.
That's the terrible thing. I'll assume everything on there is actually something FFG has put out but it's still an outside reference.

The vast majority is cut-and-paste or directly transcribed from their very own reference cards.
