Wave 2 is still unreleased in Italy. Without knowing whose fault it is, this is equally ridiculous.

Well what can I say? I'm not the kind of guy who stands in front of a store waiting its opening, and my patience can be tested. But right now, this is ridiculous. While probably it isn't directly FFG fault, I think this should be at least known in some official place.

Dear FFG, I am obviously one of your most dedicated supporter, so hear my plea. Let your Italian players have their stuff, make some calls. This delay is bringing so much negativity that the already small community is losing its last faith. We don't ear basically anything official regarding the shipment status from November.

Our best April's Fool was about a ship which sank in the ocean with all the Wave 2 stuff, come on.

Could you have orders shipped? I mean its definetely out in germany right? Couldn't you have some shipped from a german distributor?

Yes of course we can order stuff from abroad, but let's just say that people who are interested in the Italian version of the game have their mouth dry. Same discussion for Gaming Stores which of course do not sell English stuff, but are waiting for the official distributor.

I think they were already contacted over and over. While on the X-Wing side they are usually quite helpful, with Aramda all I know (and I may be wrong) is silence or confusion.

Then hit the Customer Service Email. Tell them that your Distributor has been Unresponsive, as it is their job to be so.

Putting it on the Forums is absolutely no officialdom whatsoever - you need to Email, and you need to Email Professionally. :)

Well, first up - as they said, they can order in Wave 2 from elsewhere... But Local Stores are waiting on the Italian Language version, which appears to be where the hold up is...

That is something that needs to be identified... And That should involve the Distributor - but with an acknolwedgement that if their answer is "We havn't been told anything!" then FFG needs to answer.

If you guys could deal with the English versions, I am sure we could set up a supply line. But I totally get needing the native language. Its the principle of the tings. You all are getting a raw deal.

This sunday I'm having a SC that is restricted to wave 1. :mellow:

It's become really embarassing: everybody who is actually interested in the game had their wave 2 products shipped from amazon and stuff, but stores and TO all around italy refuse to hold tournaments because it would "damage the resellers", whatever that means.

I understand we are not making our positions better by posting on the forums, but at least give us italians some simpathy. :unsure:

We do Store at 300 points and only wave 1. :|
