Hi all, I'm looking for some feedback on this list...

Rebel Hunters (98)

Darth Vader (34) - TIE Advanced

Adaptability (0), TIE/x1 (0), Engine Upgrade (4), Advanced Targeting Computer (5)

"Omega Leader" (26) - TIE/FO Fighter

Juke (2), Comm Relay (3)

Colonel Vessery (38) - TIE Defender

Veteran Instincts (1), Tractor Beam (1), TIE/D (0), Twin Ion Engine Mk. II (1)

The theory of the list is that at 98pts I have a good chance at the initiative bid, in case of PS8 ties. If my opponent has low PS then Vader drops to PS8 so Vessery can double tap first lowering AGI then Vader & Omega do there thing...

As Vader & Omega both require TL for their ability to work to its potential they then both support Vessery's ability...

Looks pretty good. Are you at all concerned with dropping Vader down to 8? He might get outmaneuvered by other aces.

I don't feel like you have enough hard hitters to justify this set up. With the title I suppose Vader is almost a three dice ship. I feel like you need more punch.

I would only drop him to 8 if it meant I kept the initiative otherwise I'd push him up to 10 to ensure I can't be outmanoeuvred :-)

Vader due to ATC as you said actually becomes a hard hitter and Vessery with his double TL attacks also becomes quite hard hitting, especially if his first attack can lower agility.

Omega leader I thought the same thing about till I started using her. Because no dice can be modified she becomes a real beast!! Then if she is attacking the same ship Vessery just lowered the agility of its surprising how much damage she can really put out there.
