If you have a little spending cash, the TAP is really nice but also, more Ties. Looks like you don't have the basic Tie Fighter expansion. Its got Howlrunner and Swarm Tactics. Get 2 of that set and you have a mini swarm to go with your ace of choice.

Or, maybe this is a game forum, and the entire premise of harping on gender and race equality here is baloney. America is mostly white. Wargaming is mostly male. Not by any external factors. If you can't handle those two things, you probably have a problem that won't be fixed by dragging the forum through the mud. Women don't even play wargames when gender and race are excluded (single player games), so angsty socially awkward types aren't driving them away from X-Wing in large numbers either.

The mods let you keep that other thread to keep s***ing in. Don't s*** in other threads too.

I am very very tempted to get more TIE fighters. Especially the expac. Howlrunner, Mauler and Winged Gundark seem so awesome together I can't help but be drawn in... plus the PS shenanigans. I love me some PS shenanigans.

Don't like the Decimator though. I think it looks like Clifford the Big Grey Spaceship and if I had one I'd paint it red and call it Red Rocket. I'm sorry, lol. It is actually a great ship, but it's popular in the meta right now and I hate to jump on a bandwagon. So that plus it's lack of visual appeal for me make the Deci one of those ships I'd rather fish the cards out of off ebay or through trades.

If I had to get a large Imp ships I think I would go for the Lambda because that with a Baffle and Vader crew seems fun and that ship in general seems to openup a lot of new play strategies that remind me of Blood Bowl in a sick sort of way.

Tie Fighter blister is where I'd put my money. Get two of them.

A friend recently described the empire as "surgical", which I think best describes most of their ships and pilots. So you should ask yourself "can I fly surgically", if the answer is no, you need to focus on learning how to, or just use their more tanky ships (naked TIE Bomber swarms, Buzzsaw Shuttles, etc) or choose a different faction.

Or you could go with the real imperial thinking. Generic swarms. Mass ties even without options. These are a real threat. Kill one tie. Two come in. Swarm.
