Thinking of my local meta for a tourney this weekend. Expect to see Ghost with ABT/AC, Palp Aces, and Scum Boskk lists. What should I run to be able to counter these threats?

It's very early in the wave 8 meta to probably call anything a hard counter to something.

Find a squad you enjoy playing, practice against the meta and tweak as desired.

Crackswarm would work well against those things

Also rebel Z-swarm (if you like ordnance):
